Fursuit Commission Terms of ServiceBy commissioning me, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.General Information:☆ I OWN A CAT AND TWO DOGS!!! IF YOU HAVE ANY ALLERGIES PLEASE DO NOT COMMISSION
☆ I reserve the right to accept or decline any commission for any reason.
☆ You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/legal guardian to commission me.
☆ Accurate reference sheets and information must be provided before work begins.
☆ Prices are quoted individually based on the complexity of the character and project.Payment:☆ All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
☆ Payment plans are accepted.
☆ For payment plans, a minimum first payment of 25% of the total
☆ commission price is required before any materials are purchased or work begins.
☆ The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
☆ The completed fursuit will not be shipped or delivered until the commission has been paid in full.Payment Plan Policies:☆ Payment plans must be agreed upon before work begins.
☆ Failure to make payments by the agreed due dates without communication may result in the commission being paused.
☆ If payments remain overdue for more than 30 days without communication, the commission may be canceled.
☆ Any work completed and materials purchased prior to cancellation are non-refundable.Refunds and Cancellations:☆ The initial 25% payment is generally non-refundable once materials have been purchased or construction has begun.
☆ If I cancel the commission for any reason, a partial or full refund will be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
☆ If the client cancels after work has started, refunds will be determined based on labor completed, materials purchased, and project progress.Work Process:☆ Progress photos may be provided throughout the build process.
☆ Minor updates and adjustments can be requested during construction when reasonably possible.
☆ Significant design changes after work has begun may incur additional fees.Completion Time:☆ Completion estimates are not guarantees.
☆ Delays may occur due to material shortages, personal emergencies, illness, shipping issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
☆ Clients will be notified of significant delays whenever possible.Shipping:☆ Shipping costs are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed upon.
☆ I am not responsible for delays, damage, loss, customs fees, or other issues caused by shipping carriers.
☆ Clients must provide an accurate shipping address.Warranty and Repairs:☆ Fursuits are handmade items and may experience normal wear over time.
☆ Repair requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
☆ Damage caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, modifications by others, or neglect is not covered.Client Responsibilities:☆ Clients are responsible for providing accurate measurements when required.
☆ I am not responsible for fitting issues caused by incorrect measurements supplied by the client.
☆ Clients agree to communicate respectfully throughout the commission process.Artistic Rights:☆ I retain the right to photograph, record, and display completed commissions for portfolios, social media, advertising, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
☆ The client retains ownership of their character.
☆ The client may not claim the physical creation process as their own work.Agreement:☆ By submitting payment for a commission, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.Last Updated: June 2026
